Diane Marriott

Diane Marriott, DrPH, serves as the Director of Multipayer Initiatives and Statewide Convener for Michigan's Comprehensive Primary Care Plus (CPC+) demonstration at the University of Michigan, where responsibilities include leading multipayer alignment, governance, and strategy in primary care payment and delivery reform. In previous roles, Diane managed Michigan's largest patient-centered medical home project, overseeing critical deliverables and stakeholder relationships. Prior experience includes a corporate leadership position at Ford Motor Company, implementing the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act and creating innovative healthcare strategies, as well as serving as a Senior Policy Analyst at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Michigan, where Diane advised on health policy and reform implications. Diane holds a DrPH in Health Policy from the University of Michigan.
