Jeremy Nelson

Jeremy Nelson is an experienced professional in technology transfer and licensing, currently serving as the Director of Physical Sciences Licensing at the University of Michigan since May 2017, after holding the position of Associate Director of Licensing. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Licensing & Business Development at CSU Ventures, where responsibilities encompassed technology commercialization and new venture formation from July 2011 to April 2017, as well as various roles at the Colorado State University Research Foundation from August 2001 to June 2011, culminating in the position of Licensing Manager. Academic credentials include a Ph.D. in Chemistry from Colorado State University and a B.A. in Chemistry from Carleton College.
