Julia Seungyeon Han

Julia Seungyeon Han is a graduate student research assistant at the University of Michigan, co-advised by Dr. David Nordsletten. Previous experience includes a researcher role at Columbia University in the Ultrasound and Elasticity Imaging Laboratory and a data analyst position at Number Analytics, LLC. Julia has also held statistical analyst intern roles and various teaching assistant positions at Stony Brook University, facilitating courses in calculus, probability, statistics, and linear algebra. Furthermore, Julia has interned with the World Federation of United Nations Associations, analyzing healthcare datasets for sustainable development goals. Academic qualifications include a Doctor of Philosophy in Bioengineering and Biomedical Engineering from the University of Michigan, a Master's degree in Applied Mathematics and Statistics, and dual Bachelor's degrees in Applied Mathematics and Statistics and Pure Mathematics from Stony Brook University.
