Thomn Bell

Thomn Bell, Ph.D., currently serves as the Director of Diversity and Inclusion at the University of Michigan's Ross School of Business, a position held since June 2021. Prior to this role, Thomn Bell was the Managing Director of the Urban Institute for Racial, Economic, and Environmental Justice and the Director of the Center for Educator Preparation at the University of Michigan-Flint from August 2016 to June 2021. Additional experience includes serving as the Director of Accreditation at Madonna University, a Higher Education Consultant for the Michigan Department of Education, and various roles in education and consulting from 2004 to 2016. Thomn Bell earned a Doctor of Philosophy in Education and Human Services from Colorado State University, a Master of Science in Higher Education and Student Affairs from the same institution, and a Bachelor of Science in Social Studies from Grand Valley State University.
