Irina Rusak

Irina Rusak is currently the Product Owner of the Retention & Engagement team at Umico, focused on enhancing buyer retention and engagement strategies within the marketplace. Prior to this role, Irina served as the Head of CRM for Umico Bonus, overseeing customer onboarding, activation, and retention efforts, while managing the setup of the Bloomreach (Exponea) CDP platform and executing targeted communication strategies. Irina's experience includes a significant tenure at MTBank, where responsibilities included leading remote product promotion and customer analytics. Irina holds a diploma in Big Data Analytics from GeekBrains and a degree in Engineering from the Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radioelectronics.
