Jamaladdin Rzayev

Jamaladdin Rzayev currently serves as the Head of the Employer Brand Development and Recruitment Division at Umico and is also an HR Project Consultant and Content Strategist for the Azerbaijan HR Institute. With a strong background in recruitment and human resources, Jamaladdin has led talent management strategies and initiatives at Matanat A Group of Companies and has also been involved in various consultancy roles across multiple organizations since 2017. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management from the National Aviation Academy.
