Ben Park

Ben Park has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Ben currently works at Umicore as the Head of HR Operations, Technology and Reporting. Prior to that, they served as a Project Leader at GSK, leading projects related to organizational performance and business intelligence. Ben also has experience as an Interim Leader and Consultant at Benedict Park Consulting and Interim Leadership, where they worked on HR strategies, change management, and operational excellence programs. Ben has worked as an HR Director at Orange, overseeing HR Transformation and change management. Additionally, Ben worked at UCB as a Senior Director, responsible for HR talent processes, technology, and partnerships. Ben also gained experience at Deutsche Post DHL, where they held various roles such as Head of First Choice DHL Express Europe and Pricing Development Manager. Earlier in their career, Ben worked at Beyond Interactive and NYSE Euronext - Pacific Exchange in roles related to marketing optimization and options research coordination, respectively.

Ben Park obtained a BA degree in History and History of Art from Yale University, attending from 1994 to 1998. Ben also obtained additional certifications, including a Six Sigma + LEAN Black Belt from Deutche Post World Net (DHL) in 2007 and a PRINCE2 certification from APM Group in 2004.
