Carsten Neumann

Carsten Neumann has extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources and law. Carsten has held several leadership roles at Umicore, including Head of HR Hanau & Employee Relations Germany, Director Human Resources Central, Eastern & Northern Europe, and South Africa, and Head of Human Resources Hanau. Prior to their time at Umicore, Neumann worked as a Rechtsanwalt/Fachanwalt für Arbeitsrecht at Arbeitgeberverband Chemie und verwandte Industrien für das Land Hessen e.V., as a Rechtsanwalt at Rechtsanwaltskanzlei Müller-Gebel, and as a Rechtsanwalt at BEITEN BURKHARDT.

Carsten Neumann studied Rechtswissenschaft (Law) at Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz and Goethe University Frankfurt. Carsten also obtained a certification as a Fachanwalt für Arbeitsrecht (Specialist Attorney for Labor Law) from Rechtsanwaltskammer Frankfurt am Main.
