Filip Paczkowski

Filip Paczkowski is an experienced engineer specializing in electrical and automation systems, currently serving as an E&I Project Engineer at Umicore since January 2023, overseeing the construction site for a battery materials gigafactory in Nysa, Poland. Prior to this role, Filip held various positions at Wärtsilä Energy from February 2019 to January 2023, including Supervisor and Senior Service Engineer, where responsibilities included the commissioning and supervision of electrical systems at power plants. Additional experience includes work as a Designer at Wärtsilä Marine, as a Hardware Engineer at Rockwell Automation, and as an Electrical Site Engineer at Elektromontaż Gdańsk SA. Early career experience includes technical services in lighting for live events with Sound-Project. Filip holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical Engineering from Gdańsk University of Technology, obtained in 2014.
