Harife Souza

Harife Souza has over 17 years of experience in human resources and personnel management. Since February 2012, Harife has held various roles at Umicore, including Site P&O Manager, Coordenadora de Recrutamento & Seleção, Coordenadora de RH do Site, and Analista de Pessoal. Prior to this, Harife worked at Hudtelfa Textile Technology LTDA from October 2006 to February 2012 as a Senior Personnel Administration Assistant. Harife holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Universidade Salesiana de São Paulo (2002-2005) and a postgraduate MBA in People Management from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul (January 2022 - April 2023).
