Judith Grimm

Judith Grimm, Ph.D. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Judith has worked at Umicore as the Vice President of Process Technologies since 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Sika USA as the Vice President of Process Technology from 2022 to 2023, where they led the Process Technology Team and executed large and complex CAPEX projects. Before that, they were the Director of Process Technology at Sika Canada from 2021 to 2022, where they led the corporate engineering team in improving operational footprint, output, and efficiency. Judith also held various roles at Sika USA, including R&D Director of Integration from 2019 to 2021, Director of Production from 2018 to 2019, Director of Process Engineering from 2017 to 2018, and Senior Project Leader from 2014 to 2016. Judith started their career at Sika as a Project Manager for Adhesive Systems for Automotive from 2009 to 2014, where they developed polyurethane adhesives for automotive customers and provided technical customer service. Judith also served as a Project Manager for Pretreatments from 2007 to 2009.

Judith Grimm, Ph.D. obtained their Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Chemistry from the University of Bern from 2002 to 2006. Prior to that, they earned their Master's Degree in Chemistry from the same institution from 1996 to 2000. In addition, they hold a certification in Project Management Professional (PMP) obtained from the Project Management Institute in February 2016.
