Luc-Alain De Cleene has extensive experience in process improvement, quality management, and IT operations, currently serving as Manager of Process Improvement and Quality at Umicore since March 2007. Luc-Alain's earlier career includes positions at Lawson (Intentia) as Consulting Manager and Project Manager, along with a Business Consultant role at Lawson (Edan). Additionally, experience as an Analyst-Programmer at IBM preceded a functional analyst position.
