Natalia Kowalczyk is a skilled professional with extensive experience in production technology, quality engineering, and process engineering. Currently serving as a Production Technologist at Umicore since January 2024, Natalia previously worked as a Quality Engineer at Kayser Automotive Systems Kłodzko Sp. z o.o., where responsibilities included conducting audits, implementing corrective actions, and maintaining quality management systems. Prior to that, Natalia held the position of Process Engineer at Sonoco, focusing on process optimization and quality compliance, and served as a Production Engineer at LG Chem Wrocław Energy Sp. z o.o., where lean management tools were utilized to enhance production processes.
