Udo Schuehlein

Udo Schuehlein has extensive work experience in various managerial and leadership roles. Udo began their career at Umicore in 2008, where they held positions such as Plant Manager and Director Operations Europe. Udo also served as the Chairman of the Board at Umicore Autocat Sweden AB. Prior to their time at Umicore, Udo worked at Vitrashop Logistik / Vitrashop Group as the Managing Director, overseeing the central production and logistics organization. Udo also held the role of Director Logistics & Customer Service Europe at Umicore, where they were responsible for supply chain management and customer service for the Automotive Catalysts Europe business unit. Udo also has experience in consulting, having worked as the Vice President of Consulting Consumer Products at The Information Management Group (IMG). Throughout their career, Udo has been involved in various projects and has demonstrated their ability to optimize operations, drive efficiency, and manage key accounts.

Udo Schuehlein attended various educational programs and obtained certifications throughout their career. In 1991 to 1994, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration from VWA Freiburg. In 2005, they attended the International Senior Management Program at St. Gallener Business School. In 2013 to 2014, they completed the Leadership Transition Programme at INSEAD. Additionally, in 2018, they obtained an INSEAD Executive Certificate in Global Management and in 2020, they completed the Working Capital Excellence Master Class offered by The Hackett Group.
