Wendy Neuts

Wendy Neuts has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Teamleader HR Operations Cares & Employee Life Cycle & Talent at Umicore since April 2006. Prior roles at Umicore include Learning and Development Manager and Talent Development Manager. Wendy's career began at Trasoc as an SAP HR Payroll Consultant, managing payroll for 40 companies with 3,000 employees in the transport industry, along with overseeing legal matters. Wendy also worked as an HR officer at DP World between 2005 and 2006. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from Katholieke Hogeschool Kempen and further studies in Italian language at THHI.
