Valerie L. Ruehter

Valerie Ruehter, Pharm.D., BCPP, is a highly experienced pharmacy professional currently serving as the Assistant Dean of Experiential Learning at the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Pharmacy since July 2022. Prior to this role, Valerie held the position of Director of Experiential Learning at UMKC School of Pharmacy from August 2006 to July 2022 and worked as a Clinical Pharmacist at the Western Missouri Mental Health Center from July 1993 to August 2006. Valerie earned a Pharm.D. in Pharmacy from the University of Missouri-Kansas City between 2003 and 2005 and obtained a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from the same institution from 1988 to 1993.
