Michael Wennesheimer has held various roles over the course of their career. Michael began their career at Vodafone Group, where they worked as a System Engineer, Fachreferent Quality of Service, Manager Quality of Service, and ultimately as a Senior Manager Network & Service Quality. In this last role, they were responsible for leading Vodafone Group's end-to-end Network/Service Quality and Customer Experience measurement strategy. Michael also played a key role in coordinating and chairing Vodafone's global network/service quality community.
In 2013, Wennesheimer joined umlaut company as a Managing Director, and later became the Chief Operating Officer. Michael held this position until present.
Currently, Wennesheimer is working at Accenture as a Managing Director. Michael has served as the Integration Lead and is currently the Critical Networks Community of Practice Lead for the EMEA region.
Michael Wennesheimer attended Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz from 1992 to 1997, where they obtained a Dipl.-Phys. degree in Physics.
