Karen Fletcher

Karen Fletcher has over 30 years of work experience, with extensive experience in various leadership and management roles. Karen started their career at Spherion Staffing, where they held multiple progressively responsible positions over a span of 20 years, ultimately becoming a Vice President. Karen then worked at Development Dimensions International as Director of Global Outsourcing, focusing on startup opportunities. After that, they served as VP of North American Sales at BrassRing. Karen then joined Healthways as VP of Operations and Director of Field Operations, where they were responsible for various functions such as marketing, training, facilities, administration, and customer service. Their role at Healthways also included designing and implementing a performance-based incentive plan and achieving a 95% customer retention rate. Currently, they are the Chief Development Officer at UMOM New Day Centers, where they continue to apply their extensive experience in leadership and development.

Karen Fletcher received their Bachelor of Science degree in Education and Humanities from Penn State University in 1977. Karen later pursued an MBA from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University, completing their degree in 1993.
