Buraq Alsmadi

Buraq Alsmadi has a diverse work experience in the field of information technology. Buraq started their career as a Technical Supervisor in 2004 and held this role until 2010. During this time, they gained experience in managing technical operations. In 2010, they joined Tajerna.com as an IT System Administrator, where they were responsible for website design and maintenance, help desk support, and training sales interns.

Subsequently, Buraq worked at iMasters.co as a Mac Master - Field Engineer from 2010 to 2015. In this role, they provided daily support to Mac users, tutored new users, and managed accounts for key and VIP clients.

From 2012 to 2013, they worked as a Helpdesk Support Engineer at Pharmapal, and from 2013 to 2014 at Tas'heel. In these positions, they provided technical assistance and support to end-users.

In 2015, Buraq joined Pensar as an Apple Field Engineer, where they specialized in supporting Apple devices. Buraq worked in this role until 2017.

In 2018, Buraq held two roles. First, at Jigsaw24, they served as a Systems Engineer - Apple focused from January to October. Buraq then joined the Government Digital Service as an Apple Lead Engineer from November 2018 to November 2019.

Currently, Buraq Alsmadi is working at uMotif, where they started in 2019. Buraq has held multiple positions in the company, including Senior Systems Administrator and currently serves as the Head of Information Technology.

Buraq Alsmadi completed a Bachelor of Information Technology degree in Computer Science from the Syrian Virtual University from 2007 to 2011. Prior to that, Buraq Alsmadi obtained a Diploma in Information Technology from Damascus University, where they studied from 2003 to 2007.

In addition to their formal education, Buraq Alsmadi has obtained several certifications in various fields. These include the Jamf Certified Endpoint Security Associate Exam - English, Jamf 300, Vault Platform Associate White Belt from Veeva Systems, Jamf 200, and AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner from Amazon Web Services (AWS).
