Alex Wonjae Yoo is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in underwriting and credit analysis. Currently serving as a Senior Middle Market Underwriter at Umpqua Bank since June 2022, Alex has previously held notable positions such as Assistant Vice President & Senior Credit Analyst at American Business Bank and AVP & Loan Officer II at Bank of Hope. With a strong background in managing substantial loan portfolios exceeding $600MM and underwriting commercial real estate and C&I loans, Alex demonstrates expertise in commercial lending, loan extensions, and modifications.
