Carlie Blackburn has over 30 years of work experience, with the majority of their career spent at Umpqua Bank. Carlie started at Umpqua Bank in 2004 as a Payroll Manager and later became the HR Systems Manager. In 2014, Carlie Blackburn took on the role of SVP, HR Operations Director, where they managed HR Associate Services, with a focus on enhancing the associate experience.
