Chris Shively

Chris Shively has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. They currently hold the role of Agribusiness Market Director at Umpqua Bank since September 2022. Prior to this, from November 2021 to September 2022, they worked as an SVP Senior Relationship Manager at Umpqua Bank. Before joining Umpqua Bank, Chris was the President & Laborer at Shively Farms since September 2015, where they were responsible for developing a 24-acre block of Nonpareil and Monterey almonds. From January 2012 to November 2021, Chris worked at Yosemite Farm Credit, ACA, starting as a VP, Assistant Branch Manager. In this role, they analyzed complex agricultural business models, managed lending relationships, and assessed individual credit risk. Chris had previous experience as a Business Development Officer at ProPartners Financial from March 2008 to January 2012, where they managed business relationships and analyzed loan proposals for agricultural businesses. They also worked as a Sales Associate at Cropwire LLC from December 2007 to March 2008 and as a Research Associate at UC Davis Ag Econ from June 2006 to January 2007.

Chris Shively attended the University of California, Davis from 2003 to 2007, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Ag Economics.
