Ranjit Singh

Ranjit Singh has extensive work experience in the field of IT security and risk management. Ranjit Singh, is currently serving as the SVP and Director of Enterprise Architecture & Technology Governance at Umpqua Bank since March 2019. Prior to this, they worked at Umpqua Bank from July 2015 to December 2018 as VP and Cybersecurity Intelligence & Testing Manager.

Before joining Umpqua Bank, Ranjit held the position of Lead Senior IT Security Auditor at Cambia Health Solutions from October 2012 to June 2015. Ranjit Singh, also worked as a Senior IT Auditor/Consultant at Sony Corporation of America from January 2012 to September 2012.

Furthermore, Ranjit has previous experiences at Ernst & Young and First Data Corporation, where they worked as a Senior IT Risk & Assurance professional and IT Auditor/Distributed Sys Admin respectively. Prior to that, they had an internship role as an Application Systems Engineer at the Corporation of the Presiding Bishop.

Ranjit began their career as a Voluntary Service Representative (Missionary) at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints from November 2001 to November 2003, where they taught life values and religion to individuals of diverse cultures and supervised other Service Representatives.

Throughout their career, Ranjit has acquired multiple certifications including GPEN, CISSP, CEH, CISM, CISA, CRISC, CRMA, and SSCP.

Ranjit Singh holds a BS degree in Information Systems/Computer Science from Brigham Young University–Hawaii, which they obtained from 2004 to 2007. Ranjit Singh, also completed their high school education in Fiji at Labasa. In addition to their degree, Ranjit Singh has obtained several certifications throughout their career, including certifications such as GPEN, CISSP, CEH, CISM, CISA, CRISC, CRMA, and SSCP. Ranjit Singh, has also earned certifications in various areas such as risk management, information systems security, and network defense. Furthermore, they hold additional certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals and Certified SAFe 4 Agilist.
