Sarah Howard has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Sarah started their career in 1989 at California Federal as a Branch Manager and Investment Representative. In 1995, they joined Pacific Northwest Bank as a Vice President and District Sales Manager, where they initially served as a Branch Manager for a new branch in Lakewood, WA. Over the years, Pacific Northwest Bank was eventually acquired by Wells Fargo, and Sarah continued working there as a Vice President and Business Banking Manager. In this role, they led two teams of Relationship Managers in the Greater Seattle area, maintaining relationships with businesses generating revenues between $5 - $50MM annually. Sarah's most recent position is with Umpqua bank as an SVP, Middle Market Director for Western Washington, which they started in August 2019.

Sarah Howard attended the Pacific Coast Banking School from 2002 to 2004, where they obtained a graduate degree in their banking program.
