Seth Moldoff

Seth Moldoff serves as the Director of the Special Assets Division at Umpqua Bank, overseeing the management of workout and collection processes for various loan types since November 2018. Previously, Moldoff held the position of Senior Vice President and Credit Management Director at Banc of California, managing teams across multiple lending groups. At East West Bank, Moldoff was a Senior Vice President, leading high-quality credit underwriting for substantial loan portfolios. Prior experience includes a lengthy tenure at Wells Fargo as a Senior Vice President, where Moldoff developed credit strategies and mentored management teams. Seth Moldoff holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business and a BA in Economics and Anthropology from Brandeis University.
