Vincent Tseng has extensive work experience in various engineering roles. Vincent began their career in 2006 as an Engineer at FarEasTone Telecom, where they worked on Charging Solutions and IT. In 2007, they worked as a Vehicle Service Agent at Europcar Australia and New Zealand during their working holiday. Vincent then joined Motorola Mobility in 2008 and held multiple roles, including System Integration Engineer and Computer-integrated manufacturing (CIM) Engineer. At Motorola, they developed code in various technologies to form Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and completed several MES projects. In 2013, they moved to ARRIS as a Senior System Integration Engineer and worked on Global Test Engineering. Most recently, since 2017, they have been working as a Principal Engineer at Umps Health.
Vincent Tseng completed their Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the Department of Mechanical Engineering at the National Taiwan University of Science and Technology in 2004. Vincent further pursued a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the same university, graduating in 2006. In 2016, Vincent enrolled in the University of Melbourne and completed their Master of Information Technology with a specialization in Distributed Computing in 2017.
Additionally, Vincent obtained several certifications throughout their career. In 2012, they earned the Motorola Six Sigma Green Belt certification from Motorola. The same year, they also obtained the MCTS: SQL Server 2008, Implementation and Maintenance certification from Microsoft. Vincent further expanded their skills in cloud computing by earning the AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in January 2019. Most recently, in March 2023, they obtained the AWS Certified Developer - Associate certification, also from AWS.
