Oliver Anderson

Oliver Anderson is an experienced real estate finance professional currently serving as SVP and Head of Real Estate at UMTB USA since June 2025, focusing on originating commercial real estate loans in California. Prior to this role, Oliver held the position of First Vice President at Cathay Bank, leading a team to manage a substantial portfolio and optimize lending processes. Additionally, Oliver served as Vice President at MUFG, overseeing a significant commercial banking real estate portfolio and managing complex underwriting and asset management tasks. Earlier experience includes a Vice President role at Millennium Realty Investors, where Oliver was responsible for acquisitions, asset management, and real estate strategy execution.
