Ainul Azura Izhar

Ainul Azura Izhar has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. They began their career as a Senior Auditor at EY, where they conducted statutory and due diligence audits for various companies. They then moved on to PETRONAS, where they held multiple roles, including Management Accountant and Head of Banking & Cash Management. Ainul Azura also worked at Maybank as AVP of Finance & Performance Planning. They then joined AirAsia as a Financial Controller before becoming the Chief Financial Officer at MMC Oil and Gas Engineering. Most recently, Ainul Azura served as the Head of Finance & Strategic Planning for UMW, overseeing the aerospace, lubricant, and auto-component divisions. At each company, Ainul Azura provided financial guidance and support, managed accounting functions, prepared financial reports, and played a strategic role in decision-making.

Ainul Azura Izhar completed a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Finance from Monash University from 1996 to 1999. Ainul Azura then pursued the CPA Australia Program from 2004 to 2005, focusing on Accounting and Business/Management. In 2006, they obtained the Chartered Accountant certification from Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand. Furthermore, Ainul Azura Izhar obtained a Master's Degree in Assets and Facilities Management from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia from 2016 to 2017. Ainul Azura has additional certifications such as being a Chartered Accountant from the Malaysian Institute of Accountants in 2016, an ACPA from Asean Chartered Professional Accountant in 2018, and a member of the Malaysian Association of Facility Management specializing in Asset & Facility Management in 2016. Ainul Azura also attended the MIA International Accountants Conference in 2022 from the Malaysian Institute of Accountants.
