Donna Mitzi Lagdameo

Donna Mitzi Lagdameo is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in disaster risk reduction (DRR) and climate change adaptation (CCA). Currently serving as the Team Lead of the LCIPP Unit at UN Climate Change since August 2022, Donna has previously held significant roles such as Programme Management Officer at the United Nations Office for Disaster Risk Reduction and Senior International Consultant on DRR and CCA. Donna's expertise includes policy review and development, comparative analysis of regional and national policies, and the establishment of national standards on early warning systems. With a robust academic background, including a Master's degree in International Studies from the University of the Philippines and ongoing studies at Cranfield University, Donna has also contributed to organizations such as the Red Cross Red Crescent Climate Centre and Oxfam.
