Manjyot Kaur Ahluwalia

Manjyot Kaur Ahluwalia, Ph.D., serves as the Regional Lead for Asia at The Global Methane Hub since August 2022, focusing on methane reduction strategies in waste, agriculture, and energy sectors. Additionally, Manjyot holds the position of Senior Fellow at the Center for Global Sustainability and is a Technical Expert on the Expert Peer Review Group for the UN Climate Change's Race to Zero Campaign, which emphasizes decarbonization. Previous roles include Senior Program Officer at the World Wildlife Fund, Policy and Business Fellow at the Center for Climate and Energy Solutions, and contributions to various climate initiatives, including work as an intern at the United Nations Environment Programme. Manjyot's academic background includes a Ph.D. in Public Administration and Policy with a concentration in Environmental Policy from American University, a Master of Science in Corporate Sustainability from Arizona State University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from St. Xavier's College.
