Enni Kallio

Enni Kallio has a strong background in environmental management and policy, currently serving as a JPO in Programme Management, Land Tenure & Gender at the United Nations Convention to Combat Desertification since September 2020. Prior experience includes roles as a Policy Adviser for Climate at Fingo, Communications Assistant at the Finnish Refugee Council, and Junior Researcher at the European Forest Institute. Enni was also a Yale International Fox Fellow at Yale University and held various positions at Yale School of Forestry & Environmental Studies, including Graduate Teaching Assistant and Research Fellow at IUCN. Educational credentials include a Master's Degree in Environmental Management from Yale School of the Environment, an Arabic Language Program at Middlebury Language Schools, a Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Science and Economics from Westminster College, and an International Baccalaureate from UWC Adriatic.
