Reagan Sirengo

Reagan Sirengo is a seasoned design professional currently serving as the Head of Design and UX at the UN Environment Programme since October 2021. With a strong entrepreneurial spirit, Reagan founded and leads What The FAQ, a customer support analytics app that enhances on-site customer assistance through data analytics. Prior experience includes roles such as UX Manager at SAP, Senior UX Designer at Zillow Group, and Senior Product Designer at IBM, where Reagan contributed to critical projects in Agile/Scrum environments and was involved in design education initiatives. Other notable positions include senior design roles at Loot Crate, UNICEF, Userbrite LLC, and Edmunds.com. Reagan holds a Master's Degree in Information Architecture and Knowledge Management from Kent State University and has received certifications from prestigious institutions, including Stanford University and Adobe Inc.
