Luis Antonio Ramirez serves as the Regional Coordinator for the Latin America and the Caribbean Agenda at UN-Habitat, focusing on sustainable urbanization initiatives. As the Founder and General Director of Sin Planeta B, Luis implemented a climate education program for over 7,000 students in Mexico and collaborated with GIZ Mexico on climate forums. Prior teaching experience includes courses on sustainable and community development at Tecnológico Superior de Jalisco. As the Director of Education for Gobierno Municipal de Tamazula, Luis developed inclusive educational policies and mental health initiatives. Previous roles include Deputy Director of Operations at Transportaciones Tamazula de Gordiano and intern at the World Trade Organization, contributing to trade and environmental negotiations. Luis holds a Master's degree in Environment, Development and Policy from the University of Sussex and a Bachelor’s degree in International Business from Tecnológico de Monterrey, with further studies in Innovation and Leadership at Georgetown University.
