Dr. Salahideen Alhaj

Dr. Salahideen ALHAJ serves as the Chief Technical Advisor at UNDP since October 2021, providing technical advice in Business Statistics and project management for the "Institutional Support to Statistics" project, while supervising a team of Statisticians. Concurrently, Dr. ALHAJ is a Survey Programmer and Data Manager at UN Women since April 2018, focused on creating electronic data collection tools and managing survey activities. Dr. ALHAJ has held various consultancy roles with organizations such as FAO, UNDP, and UNFPA, specializing in data collection, statistical assessments, and gender statistics. Dr. ALHAJ’s educational background includes a PhD in Computer Information Systems and an MA in Women Studies, among other degrees in IT and management.
