Kerem Okan

Kerem Okan is a Programme Assistant at UN Women, a position held since November 2023, and previously served as a Resettlement Assistant at UNHCR for a brief period in October to November 2023. Prior experience includes roles as a Project Assistant and Research Intern at IstanPol Institute and İstanbul Politikalar Merkezi, respectively. Kerem's academic background features a Master's degree in Political Science from Leiden University and an undergraduate degree in International Studies and Political Science from Sabancı University. Additional experience includes facilitating peer support for the Humanity and Society course through the Akademik Destek Programı.
