Yolanda Maseya is a skilled professional with extensive experience in humanitarian work and youth empowerment. Currently serving as a Programme Associate for Humanitarian and Disaster Risk Reduction at UN Women since October 2023, Yolanda previously held significant roles at Oxfam from November 2018 to July 2021, including Youth Lead for Southern Africa and Regional Program Assistant for the Young Women Empowerment Program. In these capacities, Yolanda focused on amplifying youth voices, facilitating community mobilization, and organizing workshops on sexual and reproductive health rights, economic empowerment, and political participation across Southern Africa.
