Michael Chang has extensive work experience in various industries and roles. Michael started their career in the ROC Navy as a Seaman First Class on a Minehunter Vessel. Michael then moved on to work at AUO as a Production Control Supervisor/Manager, where they were responsible for production planning and efficiency improvement. Following that, they joined HP as a Regulatory Engineer, handling worldwide regulatory compliance and test lab audits. Michael later became a System Integration Program Manager in HP's Personal System Group, leading a team and handling urgent issues. After HP, Michael worked at DHL as a Solution Manager, collaborating with key account management and operations teams to improve operational efficiency. Michael then joined Williams Lea Tag as an Operation and Implementation Manager and later as a Solution Manager, where they implemented marketing supply chain solutions and drove process efficiency. Currently, Michael is at UnaBiz, where they are the General Manager of Taiwan and the Global Supply Chain and Operation Director, focusing on strategic leadership, operational excellence, and building high-performing teams.
Michael Chang attended Yuan-Ze University from 1998 to 2002, where they earned their Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and Management. Their field of study was focused on Industrial Engineering.
