Marina Novachuk serves as a Senior Adviser at UNAIDS since September 1998, leading the collaborative design of a comprehensive human-rights based response to AIDS, including national budgeting, GFATM grants, and the government Transition Plan for ART procurement. Marina’s previous roles include advising on key projects related to change management within the United Nations and coordinating the UN Theme Group on AIDS, enhancing collaboration between governmental and non-governmental entities. Educational qualifications include an Executive MBA in International Management from the University of Geneva, a Master of Arts in Social Sciences from the University of Warwick, and a Bachelor of Arts in English and German studies, psychology, philosophy, political economy, and teaching methodology from Minsk State Linguistic University.
