Zuzia Król has been working in the customer support industry since 2015. Zuzia began their career at Positionly as a Customer Support Specialist and Research Assistant. Zuzia then moved to Unamo in 2017, where they have been a Customer Support Specialist since.

Zuzia Król holds a Master's degree in Applied Linguistics from the University of Warsaw.
