Whitney Welch has worked in the media industry since 2018. Whitney began their career at USA Networks as a Supervising Producer for "Real Country" Season 1 in 2018. In 2019, they worked as a Showrunner for an original podcast series at Spotify, a Key Floor Manager/Red Carpet Producer for Rodan + Fields, and a Head Writer for Disney/Riverside Entertainment. In 2020, they were a Senior Producer for "Making It" Season 3 (shot during Covid) at NBCUniversal Media, LLC and a Producer for "Haute Dog" Season 1 (shot during Covid) at HBO. Currently, they are a Head of Unscripted at Unanimous Media, a Producer/Consultant at Hennessey Digital, and a Producer for "Baking It" Season 1 at NBCUniversal.

Whitney Welch attended Columbia College Chicago from 2004 to 2008, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Broadcast Journalism.
