James Melville

James Melville is an accomplished professional in architecture and CRM solutions, currently serving as the Head of Architecture at UNARIC since April 2023. Prior to this role, James held positions including Chief Architect for Customer Success in EMEA at Aforza from October 2021 to March 2023, and Salesforce Architect at SalesTrip and Accenture. James also worked as Practice Director - Force.com and Senior Consultant at Tquila, and as a Siebel CRM Consultant at Customer Systems. Academic qualifications include a Master of Engineering (MEng) in Electronic Engineering from the University of Nottingham and additional studies at INSA Toulouse. Early education was completed at the Royal Grammar School in High Wycombe.
