Angela Cooper began their work experience in 2013 as a Telephony Provisioning Administrator at Utility Warehouse The Discount Club. Angela then worked as an Office PA at Kochwerk from September 2015 to November 2015. In 2015, they joined HomeAway.co.uk as a Customer Service Representative until May 2016. Angela then became a Temporary Administrative Assistant at Hays from May 2016 to May 2017. From May 2017 to April 2020, they worked as a Customer Service Supervisor at Baukjen & Isabella Oliver. Currently, Angela is employed as a Customer Service Representative at Unbiased since April 2020.
Angela Cooper attended La Swap Sixth Form Consortium from 2010 to 2012, where they studied A-Levels. In 2021, they obtained several certifications from LinkedIn, including "Confidence: How to Overcome Self-Doubt, Insecurity, and Fears," "Creating Positive Conversations with Challenging Customers," "How to Be Both Assertive and Likable," "How to Organize Your Time and Your Life," "Empathy for Customer Service Professionals," and "The Six Morning Habits of High Performers."
