Camilla Hall has a diverse work experience in marketing roles. Camilla started their career as a Marketing and Office Assistant at John D Wood from September 2006 to January 2008. Camilla then served as a Marketing Manager at Racing UK from February 2008 to September 2013, where they managed marketing activities for the horseracing broadcaster.

In 2014, Camilla joined Plus Connect Limited as a Marketing Manager, where they focused on generating awareness, developing brand recognition, and implementing targeted campaigns. Later that year, they became a Customer Retention Manager at TalkTalk, responsible for retaining customers in the telecommunications industry.

Camilla then joined Royal Bank of Scotland in June 2015 as part of the Home Lending team, where they planned and implemented mortgage campaigns to drive consideration and applications. Camilla maintained an "Always On" direct response strategy and launched quarterly ATL campaigns across various channels. Camilla left the company in August 2017.

Since August 2017, Camilla has been working at Unbiased, initially as an Innovation and Insight Marketing Lead, and then as the Head of Marketing from October 2018. In their current role, they are responsible for leading marketing activities and driving growth for the company.

Camilla Hall began their education in 2003 at Oxford Brookes University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in the field of History of Art. Camilla successfully completed their studies in 2006. In 2009, Camilla enrolled at CIM | The Chartered Institute of Marketing and obtained a Professional Diploma in Marketing, which they completed in 2010. Later on, in 2011, they attended the Chartered Institute of Management and earned a Certificate of Management and Leadership in 2012.
