Anurag Phalke

Anurag Phalke has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Anurag began their career at CuldeSac™ in 2019, working as a Strategy & UX/UI Designer. Anurag then moved on to Visionalley™ in 2020, where they held a similar role. In 2021, Anurag joined Influapp as a Market Analyst, and later joined Aster eSports as the Team Principal & eSports Coach. In 2022, they worked as a Research Assistant at Esade Entrepreneurship Institute before joining Unblur in 2023 as an Assistant Product Manager. Throughout their career, Anurag also collaborated with IE University as a Fellowship Collaborator from 2017 to 2021.

Anurag Phalke has an extensive education history, with a focus on design, business, and leadership. Anurag began their educational journey in 2017 at IE University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Design degree with a specialization in Interaction Design and Design Strategy. During their time at IE University, Anurag received the Design Excellence Award in 2020-21 and was recognized for having the best final project. Anurag successfully completed their Bachelor's degree in Design in July 2021.

Anurag furthered their professional development by obtaining various certifications. Anurag completed courses such as Management Communications, Quantitative Methods, Introduction to Finance, and Introduction to Financial Accounting from Harvard Business Publishing between July and August 2022. Additionally, they acquired skills in Advanced Google Analytics through a certification from Google in September 2021.

In pursuit of their passion for innovation and entrepreneurship, Anurag enrolled in Esade in 2022 to pursue a Master of Science degree in Innovation & Entrepreneurship. During this program, they studied Agile Development and Product Management. Anurag successfully completed their Master's degree in 2023.

To broaden their understanding of international business, Anurag participated in an International Study Tour at the National University of Singapore in 2023, where they focused on Doing Business in Asia. Anurag also engaged in an Exchange Semester at the Singapore University of Technology and Design (SUTD) in 2020, with a specialization in Organizational Leadership & Management.
