Taylor Baum

Taylor Baum has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources and People & Culture. They are currently employed at Unbounce as the Director of People & Culture, a role they started in June 2023. Prior to this, they held the position of Sr. Manager of People Operations & Talent Acquisition at the same company from January 2023 to June 2023. Before joining Unbounce, Taylor worked as a People and Culture Business Partner for the Product team at Unbounce from December 2021 to February 2023. Their previous work experience includes serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at Guestlogix from July 2019 to November 2021, a People + Culture Coordinator at League Inc. from December 2018 to July 2019, and an HR Coordinator at Diply from April 2018 to October 2018. They started their career at I Love Travel! as an HR & Operations Coordinator from April 2015 to April 2017 and later worked as an HR & Operations Manager from April 2017 to April 2018.

Taylor Baum obtained a Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from Niagara College in 2014-2015. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Criminology from Carleton University, graduating in 2010-2014. Taylor also holds a Health and Safety Level 1 certification, obtained in 2015.
