Johnna Watson

Johnna Watson is an accomplished enrollment management leader at UNC Charlotte, where the professional has served as Associate Dean of the Graduate School and Associate Graduate Faculty Member since August 1993. With extensive experience in communications, marketing, recruitment and admissions, and operations, Johnna has effectively managed funding of approximately $14 million and collaborated with campus stakeholders to enhance graduate enrollment, reduce time to degree, and improve graduation rates. Prior to this role, Johnna worked in various admissions positions, including Associate Director, Assistant Director, and Admissions Counselor at the University of North Carolina at Pembroke from July 1989 to August 1993. Johnna holds a Master’s degree in Counseling from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, earned between 1993 and 1996.
