Matthew Wyse

Matthew Wyse is a seasoned consultant and educator with extensive experience in academic compliance and governance. Since 2011, Matthew has provided consulting services through Wyse Consulting, focusing on ensuring adherence to laws and accreditation standards in educational institutions. In tandem, Matthew serves as a Faculty Governance Associate at UNC Charlotte, facilitating communication between university departments and overseeing faculty governance operations. Prior experience includes a role as an Accreditation Compliance Analyst at NACCAS, where Matthew conducted compliance evaluations for numerous post-secondary schools and trained new evaluators. Matthew's early career involved cost-reduction initiatives at George Mason University and temporary roles in administrative and creative capacities. Matthew holds a Master's degree in Public Administration with a concentration in Urban Management and Policy from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and a Bachelor’s degree in Public & Urban Affairs from Virginia Tech.
