Stephanie Bird

Stephanie Bird currently serves as the Senior Associate Director for Career Development and Academic Advisor Development at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, a position held since August 2013. Bird's extensive experience includes spearheading initiatives such as Career Communities, overseeing professional development opportunities, and managing the Career Development team. Previous roles at Georgia Southern University and Radford University involved training staff and graduate assistants, developing career programs, and advising students on career exploration. Bird holds a Master of Science degree in Counseling and Human Development from Radford University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Virginia Tech, along with ongoing participation in the NACE Management Leadership Institute.
