Janel Lancaster

Janel Lancaster has had a diverse range of roles and responsibilities throughout their work experience. Starting in 2005, they worked as the Manager of Human Resources for Hall County Government until 2011. In 2011, they transitioned to Dex One Corp., where they held the role of Compensation Project Manager & Senior Compensation Analyst until 2012. Since then, Janel has been with UNC Health, where they have held various positions including Senior Total Compensation Analyst, Manager of Compensation & HR Analytics, System Director of Compensation & HR Analytics, and most recently, System Executive Director of Total Rewards, HR Data & Customer Experience. Janel is currently the System Vice President of Human Resource Services at UNC Health, a role that they have held since 2023.
