Jessica Fahey

Jessica Fahey has extensive experience in healthcare revenue cycle operations, currently serving as HCS Manager for Physician Revenue Cycle Operations at UNC Health Care since March 2007. Previous roles at UNC Health Care include Billing Services Supervisor and Administrative Support Supervisor. Prior to this, Jessica was Billing and Collections Supervisor at Health Management Corporation of America from August 2002 to November 2006, and held the position of Billing and Collections Manager at JRNC Billing from January 1999 to August 2002. Jessica's career began as a Senior Patient Financial Services Representative at Our Lady of Mercy Medical Center from January 1995 to January 1999. In terms of education, Jessica is currently pursuing studies at Southern New Hampshire University since October 2021, having previously attended Fordham University from 1993 to 1995.
